OverviewSales Manager in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and improve relationships with customers while delivering high standards of service.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.Ensure sales targets are met through training and coaching of sales staff.Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and assessing customer needs.Maximize customer satisfaction by understanding needs and providing effective solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.Prior experience in sales or marketing is required; experience in dealing with international customers is preferred.Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is desirable but not a requirement.Compensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus commission and benefits according to company policy.
