Job Description
OverviewPosition Overview To lead and manage the Poultry Feed sales team, develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and strengthen Company's market position in the Feed sector through developing strong relationships with customers and sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company objectives in the Feed categoryLead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and productivityIdentify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments within the Feed sectorMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners while developing new long-term partnershipsMonitor and keep management aware of the market trends, competitive activities, pricing and customers' needsOversee pricing strategies and contract negotiationsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and participate in exhibitions or trade fairsPrepare and present regular sales performance reportsSubmit rolling sales forecast to supply chain and production. Actively participate in S&OP meetings.Coordinate with operating teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfactionPrompt reporting of quality issues and timely attendance to customer complaintsQuarterly courtesy visit to key customers with QC, VET, QC, R&D and production team strengthening relationship with customersEnsure compliance with company policies and Saudi market regulations related to Feed productsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, or MBA (preferred)Minimum of 10years of experience in sales management within the poultry feed sector in Saudi ArabiaRequirementsProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teamsStrong knowledge of poultry feedStrong negotiation, communication, teamwork and leadership skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Strategic planning and market analysisCustomer Relation managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
