If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and love to connect with people we have the perfect opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesImplement all sales activities and maximizes business opportunitiesTo drive manage and maintain robust positive relations with all travel trade key accounts and business partnersGenerate and maintains customers of travel trade segment through various sales activities (face to face sales calls telephone calls entertainment)Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales telephone fax and written communicationsEnsure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all departments and accounts management for a comprehensive client servicing achieving targets and maximum productivityQuote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clientsPlan sales trips or attends trade shows and exhibitions under the direct approval and guidance of the DOSM and where applicable in coordination with International Sales OfficesArrange site inspections of hotel and hosts Fam tripsAttend major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms catering and other facilities and services) for the hotelMaintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today including sales specific software property PMS the Microsoft Office toolsetQualificationsAt least 35years sales experience in a 5star hotel with at least 1 year managerial roleBachelors degree in any related fieldGood command of spoken and written EnglishExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Express Internet email)Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadershipPrevious experience in Sales Leisure is essentialBenefitsEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your familyLearning programs through our Academies designed to sharpen your skillsAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21Career development opportunities with national and international promotion opportunities.
