OverviewSales Manager – KSA - WORXMART (Global Outsourcing platform and solutions)Are you a strategic hunter with a mindset and passion for transforming businesses through world-class outsourcing? We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across our BPO, ITO, HRO, and F&A AI-enabled verticals. As a leader in the outsourcing space, we help global enterprises scale by providing specialized operational excellence. If you thrive on building high-value partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles and driving business growth, we want to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation: Identify and close new business opportunities across our core service lines (Business Process Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and Finance & Accounting).Strategic Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and architect bespoke outsourcing solutions that drive ROI and efficiency.Market Expansion: Proactively build a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects through own solid connections, networking, social selling, and industry events.Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex buying committees, engaging with C-Suite executives (CXOs, CIOs, CHROs and CFOs) to align our services with their business goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and solutions teams to ensure seamless transitions from "sold" to "delivered."What We're Looking ForExperience: 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the Outsourcing/BPO/Managed Services industry, with a minimum 3 years in the KSA market.Connections: Solid and active high-level contacts in the said country/region within various industry domains demanding our services.Versatility: Proven track record of selling across multiple domains (BPO, HR, IT and Finance).The "Hunter" Mindset: A self-starter who is energized by cold outreach and building a territory from the ground up.Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex service-level agreements (SLAs).Global Perspective: Experience working with international markets and understanding offshore/nearshore delivery models is a must.Location: To be located in KSA for the past 3 years minimum is a must.Language: Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.Nationality: Arab nations nationality.Why Join Us?Competitive base salary with a lucrative commission structure.The opportunity to sell a comprehensive suite of "future-ready & AI enabled" outsourcing services.A collaborative, high-energy environment with global career growth paths.Work-life flexibility and a culture that celebrates wins.How to ApplyAre you ready to redefine whats possible in outsourcing?
