The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and be able to work independently.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute successful sales strategies to achieve targets.Achieve the desired sales targets and manage customer relationships.Mentor the sales team and build relationships with potential clients.Provide exceptional customer service and stay up-to-date with industry trends.Identify new opportunities to generate sales.QualificationsProven track record in sales management.Strong knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the region.Understanding of customer service principles.Experience managing a team of sales representatives.Excellent problem solving skills, strong negotiation skills and sound decision-making abilities.A degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required.CompensationSalary: 1600 per month.
