Our sales personnel can pursue CII-UK accreditations to enhance their expertise as insurance professionals.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the insurance sector.Drive sales growth and achieve individual and team targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.Qualifications & EligibilityFor Business Growth Executive (BDE)/Sales Executive (SE):Age: 22 to 25 yearsExperience: at least 2 years in salesGraduate in any discipline with a strong sales driveMinimum UAE sales experience: 1 to 2 yearsExcellent communication skills & outbound personalityFor Organization Development Supervisor (BDM):Age: 28 years and overExperience: minimum 5 years in salesGraduate in any discipline with sales aptitudeMinimum UAE sales experience: 2 to 3 yearsValid UAE driving license (preferred)Great communication abilities & outgoing characterArabic proficiency (an added advantage)General insurance experience (an added advantage)BenefitsAppealing commission plan and incentives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
