As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your unique sales strategies and build upon your existing knowledge of the industry. Your focus will be to drive the expansion of our services to new clients while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customer base.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients while seeking out opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.Regularly report on sales performance against set goals and suggest improvements as needed.Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Conduct business with the highest level of professional and ethical standards.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the events industry or similar sector.Familiarity with the light and sound gear rental business.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong client relationship management capabilities.Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of the local market and UAE business landscape.Note: We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
