Busines Unit: Software and Digital SolutionsAre You Ready to Take Your Sales Career to the Next Level If youre driven strategic and ready to make an impact this is your chance.Heres what youll be responsible for:Generate leads through partners referrals and events.Work closely with alliance partners (e.g. consulting firms ISVs) for lead generation.Assess sales potential and map key accounts.Navigate complex multistage sales processes.Collaborate with deal consultants during evaluations and implementations in medium to large enterprises.Target key accounts and build a solid pipeline with support from LOB stakeholders.Continuously refine your account list based on buyer behavior competition and market dynamics.Follow up with prospects to secure meetings demosand new opportunities.Map and connect key decisionmakers between the client and internal teams.Adhere to the sales process and report regularly to the Regional Head.Build strong ongoing relationships with highpotential clients.Meet your revenue targets and stay on top of collections.Work with local partners and alliances to unlock more business.Your Success Will Shine Through These KPIs:Number of new TAL (Target Account List) accounts opened.Revenue from accounts opened in LTM (Last 12 Months).Profitability (Profit Before Tax).Service line revenue.A/R performance and Operational Effectiveness (Billing Contract closure etc.).Customer Satisfaction.QualificationsCompleting Master of Business Administration (MBA)Having strong knowledge of Smart Manufacturing IoT Digitization and AutomationProven experience in solution selling to large conglomeratesTrack record in successful sales of consultative solutionExperience in selling MES products IT solutions Automation or IoT platforms is a big plusExperience in selling SAP Microsoft ERP or core manufacturing solutionsConfidence in understanding customer needs and can present solutions independentlyno presales support neededConsistent sales of software solutions to enterprise customers with $800M turnoverOpened new business in large enterprises across the Middle East especially in the UAEHistory of working closely with different teams to build strategic winning proposalsKnowhow in selling to CXOs and senior leadership not just ITUnderstanding contracts and being comfortable discussing financial aspectsStrong negotiation skills and communicating with clarity and impactAt least 5 years of solution sales in the UAEArabic speaking is a strong advantageRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
