With their mobile application their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families friends and business partners around the world.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>Our client is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition grow settlement volumes and strengthen corridor activity within their Digital Assets business line. This role is hands‑on and results‑driven - ideal for someone with a strong network across PSPs OTC traders crypto exchanges or financial institutions who can drive business volume directly into our clients network. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and activation and will play a key role in achieving the companys TPV and revenue targets.</p><h3>Job Type</h3><p>Full Time</p><h3>Workplace</h3><p>Remote</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>510 years of experience in sales business development or account management within fintech FX/payments or digital assets.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and volume targets.</li><li>Strong network across OTC trading desks PSPs remittance firms or exchanges.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to handle complex deals independently.</li><li>Understanding of stablecoins FX cross-border settlement and liquidity management preferred.</li><li>Entrepreneurial self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑moving execution‑driven environment.</li><li>Fluent in English (Mandarin Thai Tagalog Bahasa or other Asian languages a plus).</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Business Development&Revenue Growth</h3><ul><li>Acquire new clients and partners across PSPs OTC desks exchanges and remittance firms.</li><li>Drive cross‑border settlement volume and liquidity into Lightnets stablecoin and payment rails.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: From lead generation proposal and negotiation to contract and onboarding.</li><li>Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly Total Payment Volume (TPV) and Net Revenue Contribution (NRC) targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new corridor opportunities (e.g. THBPHP PHPIDR CNY/CNH SGD corridors).</li></ul><h3>Account Management&Relationship Building</h3><ul><li>Maintain and grow relationships with key institutional clients and partners.</li><li>Ensure successful onboarding and operational readiness with Treasury Compliance and Onboarding teams.</li><li>Work closely with Product and Operations to improve partner experience and address client needs.</li></ul><h3>Market Intelligence&Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Monitor competitive activity partner feedback and emerging market trends in digital assets and cross‑border payments.</li><li>Contribute to corridor strategy pricing optimization and market expansion initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial leadership to execute go‑to‑market campaigns and partnership launches.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary with open‑ended performance‑based commission.</li><li>Opportunity to work at the forefront of fintech innovation in cross‑border digital asset settlement.</li><li>Collaborative high‑performance culture with regional career growth opportunities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
