Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Banquets & Outside Dining Catering (ODC) department in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our sales efforts in the vibrant hospitality market of the UAE.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue for banquets and outside catering servicesLead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targetsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients including corporate accounts and event plannersCollaborate and have hands on attention to the culinary and operations teams to create innovative and competitive catering packagesConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trendsOversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to event execution and post-event follow-upPrepare and present sales reports forecasts and budgets to senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies local regulations and food safety standardsRepresent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functionsContribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies for banquet and ODC servicesQualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality sales with a focus on banquets and cateringProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive marketStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales teamExcellent knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specific to the hospitality industryProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales toolsAdvanced skills in budgeting financial planning and revenue managementExceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsIn-depth understanding of food and beverage operations event planning and catering logisticsFamiliarity with the UAE hospitality market including local cultural norms and business practicesAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as requiredCertifications in hospitality or event management are preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
