Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results‑driven real estate sales professionals to drive sales through broker and direct channels. The role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with brokers and clients, generating leads, and closing property transactions in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with broker networks and channel partners to drive sales growth.Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for off‑plan and ready properties.Generate leads through networking, referrals, broker outreach, and business development activities.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations with prospective buyers.Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, agreements, and contracts to secure deals.Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs in line with business objectives.Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, sales activities, and client follow‑ups.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project developments to inform sales strategy.Key Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years of experienceli>Proven success record in luxury off‑plan and ready property salesStrong strategic planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsResults‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional sales teamKnowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, market dynamics, and key brokers is a plusMultilingual skills are an advantage (Russian, Persian, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi/North Indian)Immediate availability to join preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
