Job SummaryOur Client is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai office. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience aligned with the company’s values.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person professionally and promptlyProvide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and proceduresResolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitudeMaintain accurate customer records and update internal systemsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requestsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service qualityAdhere to company service standards and UAE compliance requirementsRequirementsHigh school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
