This position offers a unique chance to work closely with leading beauty brands enhancing your leadership skills and building hands-on expertise in retail management.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sellout performance MTD and YTD per store and SKU. Consolidate daily sales from retail staff and track progress toward individual targets.Field Supervision: Ensure that BAs adhere to company standards regarding scheduling, discipline, attitude and grooming through regular field checks.Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with shop floor teams to gather data and insights that enhance performance.Scheduling & App Utilization: Oversee BA scheduling and leverage the BA app to track individual performance metrics.Competitive Analysis: Compile reports on competitor activities including BA presence, visuals and in-store best practices.Brand Image & Compliance: Ensure brand presentation aligns with company standards across stores.Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on any maintenance requirements for each store location.Candidate QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.Strong interest in the beauty industry and retail operations.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits we offerCompetitive salary and benefitsFlexible workplace (remote working 4 weeks overseas working)Exclusive access to Coty Employee discount with our products and retailers (Sephora, Faces, etc.)Exclusive learning and development opportunities tailored for you.Working Hours: 09:00am – 06:00pm, Monday to FridayLocation: One Central Offices, Dubai, UAERequired ExperienceIntern#J-18808-Ljbffr
