Our mission is to make quality education accessible and engaging for everyone.Job Summary:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our teaching platform, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. You will engage with potential customers, including educational institutions, teachers, and students, to showcase our offerings and convert leads into paying customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions from our platform's offerings.Sales Presentations: Conduct online demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our teaching website to schools, teachers, and parents.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging long-term partnerships.Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve the product offerings and customer experience.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in selling online courses or educational products.Understanding of the K-12 and higher education markets.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Remote work flexibility.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
