Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, most recently raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA.Job in a NutshellWe are hiring sales associates to focus on outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing for our product. You will connect with as many leads as possible, determine good customer fit, move leads through the sales pipeline, and push towards lead closure when possible. If you wish to join the new team owning the success of our product, apply now!What You Will DoAchieve Targets: Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.Lead Generation and Acquisition: Generate new leads via digital marketing campaigns and industry events, converting demos into confirmed sales.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners to ensure future sales.CRM Proficiency: Use CRM systems to track and report sales activities.Data‑Driven Approach: Leverage data and CRM insights to inform strategies and optimize performance.Pipeline Generation: Generate a sales pipeline at least four times the monthly quota.Skill Development: Attend training sessions on product features and advanced techniques, achieving high scores on assessments.Innovative Mindset: Contribute creative ideas to drive business growth.What Are We Looking ForEducational Background: BS/BA in Business, IT, CS, or related field.Sales Experience: 2‑3 years in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS, or strong interest as a fresh graduate.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.Communication Skills: Excellent in English and Arabic; fluency in other languages a plus.Mobility: Valid driver’s license, personal car, and willingness for fieldwork.Independence: Self‑starter capable of managing multiple initiatives.Adaptability: Flexible in a fast‑paced environment.Passion: Enthusiasm for technology and growth in a SaaS company.Who Will ExcelExperience in SaaS, technology, or F&B industry.Proactive with a track record of exceeding sales targets.Team player driving growth and innovation.Restaurant operations experience is a plus.What We Offer YouCompetitive compensation packages, bonuses, and potential shares.Personal development with regular training and an annual learning stipend.Opportunity to work with a diverse team across 14 countries.Autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals creating growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
