Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director based in Riyadh to lead our regional sales operations. You will develop and execute strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships. Leveraging both technical tools and strong interpersonal skills, you will oversee the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to exceed targets.Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional sales strategies tailored to the Riyadh marketLead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing sales team to achieve revenue objectivesManage end‑to‑end client negotiations and build long‑term relationshipsUtilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and produce accurate sales forecastsOversee ERP system usage for order processing, billing, and inventory coordinationAnalyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales initiativesPrepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadershipSkillsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in a senior sales or sales management roleProven track record in regional sales, preferably within Riyadh or the Middle EastExcellent client negotiation and relationship management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilities for internal and external interactionsProficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reportingExperience with ERP systems for sales operations and order fulfillmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading a team of 5+ sales professionalsIn-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business practicesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plusMultilingual proficiency, including Arabic and EnglishAdvanced data analysis skills or experience with sales analytics tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
