Job Description
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive sales operations across the real estate portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing high-value transactions, leading the sales team, and maximizing revenue generation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This position plays a critical role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, building client relationships, and positioning the company as a market leader in the Saudi real estate sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives across all real estate segments.Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients to expand the company's sales footprint.Define sales tactics, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive demand and accelerate property sales.Revenue Generation & Target AchievementLead sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Oversee sales performance across residential, commercial, retail, and investment properties.Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and deal closures to ensure consistent revenue flow.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team including Sales Managers, Executives, and Coordinators.Set clear performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.Foster a results-driven culture focused on customer excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Client Relationship & Stakeholder ManagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, brokers, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.Lead negotiations for high-value transactions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market positioning and product offerings.Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting real estate sales.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.Support branding initiatives, property launches, and sales events to generate leads and enhance visibility.Ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.Sales Operations & Process OptimizationOversee CRM systems, sales reporting, and data management to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.Streamline sales processes, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and customer experience.Implement best practices in sales management, customer onboarding, and post-sales support.Compliance & Regulatory AdherenceEnsure all sales activities comply with Saudi real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and company policies.Maintain ethical sales practices and transparency in all client interactions and transactions.Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract accuracy and regulatory compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate.Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market, regulatory environment, and investment landscape.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate or Business is an advantage.Strategic thinking and business development expertise.Strong sales leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.Client-focused mindset with relationship-building excellence.Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Results-oriented with a track record of revenue growth.Professionalism, integrity, and market credibility.Key Performance IndicatorsAchievement of annual sales revenue targets and growth objectives.Number of high-value transactions closed and pipeline conversion rates.Team performance, productivity, and sales target attainment.Client satisfaction scores and retention of key accounts.Market share growth and brand positioning in the real estate sector.Compliance with regulatory requirements and sales process standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
