Job Description

We are looking for a bold and transformative Sales Director to lead a team of Key Account Directors across the Gulf region. This leader will be responsible for driving sustained growth across strategic industries (Energy Oil & Gas Utilities Telco Manufacturing Aerospace and Defense). You will drive execution excellence lead strategic engagements and orchestrate large complex multi-million-dollar wins while building a high-performance culture.This is a highly hands-on role requiring courage leadership and precision.What Youll DoBuild lead and inspire a team of Account Directors to consistently exceed targetsEstablish and drive the regional sales strategy aligned with industry focus areasLead from the front coaching enabling and getting personally involved in strategic pursuitsDrive large complex multi-stakeholder deal orchestration across industriesPartner with GSIs and alliance partners to amplify IFSs market impactBuild deep trusted relationships with CxOs across the Gulf regionCreate a winning culture of accountability excellence and customer-centricityOwn pipeline generation forecasting territory planning and team performanceShape and influence internal initiatives to enhance sales processes and capabilitiesQualificationsWhat You Bring - Proven success leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in the Middle East (preferred)10 years of experience in Leading enterprise software sales team with consistent achievement of aggressive growth targetsExpertise across strategic industries such as Energy Oil & Gas Utilities Telco Manufacturing Aerospace and DefenseDemonstrated history of orchestrating complex multi-million-dollar wins across strategic accountsStrong relationships with CxO and Board-level executives in the Middle east regionExperience working with GSIs and alliance partners on complex pursuitsHigh emotional intelligence resilience under pressure and the courage to challenge and inspireBachelors Degree required; MBA preferredAdditional InformationWhy IFS and Why Now This is a role for leaders who drive transformation not transactions.
