With over 25+ years of excellence in accelerating careers and transforming organizations, we are a trusted partner for our B2B and B2C clients.Job DescriptionIdentify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training academy's programs, showcasing how they can address the individual’s specific needs.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student’s expectations.Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Handle class coordination, student queriesRequirementsbachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.Proven experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry.Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their alignment with Student needs.Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.BenefitsMedical InsuranceHighest Commission in the Training IndustryWorking with a super Brand Company#J-18808-Ljbffr
