The studio delivers end-to-end creative solutions including branding, rebranding, motion graphics, packaging design and in-house design team services. They operates in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and creativity-driven environment, working closely with clients across multiple industries to build strong, consistent brand identities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative servicesConduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirementsPrepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needsConvert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makersDrive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional servicesCoordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handoverTrack sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking toolsConduct market research and competitor analysis within the creative and branding spaceShare regular sales updates and market insights with managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG industryExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneouslyLanguages: Hindi and English proficiencyUAE driving license is must.#J-18808-Ljbffr
