Job SummaryOur client is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team. This hybrid role combines inside sales (BDR/SDR) responsibilities with junior‑level sales execution client follow‑up and partner coordination. The role is critical to expanding market presence across the Gulf and Levant regions generating a qualified pipeline supporting deal progression and maintaining strong communication with prospects clients and regional partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationConduct high‑volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreachGenerate and qualify sales leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need and timingMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and lead status updates in CRM (HubSpot, Odoo or similar)Schedule discovery calls and coordinate product demos with Account ExecutivesUse sales enablement and prospecting tools to improve outreach efficiencyConsistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for activity, pipeline creation and lead conversionStay updated on cybersecurity, data security trends and competitor positioningSales Support & Client ManagementFollow up with qualified prospects after demos and meetingsManage communication with early‑stage prospects and small‑to‑mid‑size clientsSupport preparation of quotations, proposals and sales documentationAssist in basic commercial discussions under sales leadership supervisionEnsure structured follow‑ups and maintain deal momentumSupport contract coordination and handover to delivery/customer success teamsPartner & Channel SupportParticipate in selected partner calls for opportunity qualification and follow‑upAssist with partner enablement activities, meeting coordination and reportingTrack partner‑generated leads and registered deals in coordination with sales leadershipMaintain professional communication with assigned regional partnersRequirements & Qualifications13 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales or Junior Sales roleBackground in SaaS, Cybersecurity or Technology sales environments preferredProven ability to manage high outbound call volumes (5080 calls daily)Demonstrated success in lead generation, qualification and pipeline contributionExperience handling prospect follow‑ups, client calls and early‑stage deal supportProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce or similar)Strong communication skills with a confident phone presenceHighly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslySelf‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
