Now Hiring: Consultant, Robotic Cardiac Surgeon – Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Robotic Cardiac Surgery to join our Healthcare Delivery Group. This role offers the opportunity to deliver advanced surgical care, contribute to academic excellence, and participate in impactful research within a leading tertiary care environment.Role SummaryThe Consultant will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac surgical conditions and the delivery of high-quality medical care in accordance with hospital bylaws, policies, and international best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesClinicalProvide high-quality patient care across all aspects of Cardiac Surgery within approved clinical privilegesDeliver timely inpatient and emergency consultations in line with hospital policyEnsure accurate, complete, and timely medical documentationParticipate in on‑call coverage as per hospital regulationsConduct daily rounds and ensure appropriate discharge planningPerform additional clinical duties as assignedAcademicProvide bedside teaching, supervision, and mentorship to interns, residents, and fellowsParticipate in departmental educational programs and training initiativesAttend and contribute to national and international medical conferencesMaintain continuing professional development and certification requirementsResearchEngage in clinical, basic, and translational research in accordance with Research Advisory Council policiesContribute to advancing surgical knowledge and strengthening institutional academic recognitionAdministrativeUndertake administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Section or ChairmanParticipate in departmental and hospital committeesSupport initiatives that enhance resource utilization and operational efficiencyComply with all hospital bylaws, policies, and procedural updatesQualifications & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited medical schoolCompletion of specialty/subspecialty training in Cardiac SurgeryArab Board, American Board certification, UK/Canada membership or fellowship, or equivalentSeven (7) years of specialty/subspecialty training plus a minimum of seven (7) years of postgraduate experience in the subspecialtyThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cardiac surgeon seeking to practice at a high standard of clinical excellence while contributing to education, research, and institutional leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
