Risk Officer

ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential project risks, including technical, operational, financial, and external risks.Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks.Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with the project team.Recommend strategies to reduce, transfer, or avoid risks impacting project performance, timeline, or budget.Maintain and update the project risk register regularly.Monitor the status of identified risks and ensure that mitigation actions are implemented effectively.Provide regular risk management reports to the PMO Manager and Project Manager, highlighting critical risks and recommended actions.Collaborate with all project stakeholders, including the Project Manager, PMO Manager, and department leads, to ensure a shared understanding of risks and mitigation strategies.Provide risk-related input for project reviews, milestone assessments, and external reporting requirements.Promote a risk-aware culture across the project team through training and awareness programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role.Professional certification in risk management (CRM,FRM,etc.) is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
