These include worldclass licensed process technologies differentiated advisory services deep technical domain expertise energy transition solutions highend design and engineering capabilities and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.Job PurposeThe Program Risk Manager will oversee the entire Project Risk Management system.This is a PMC role and there will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPCs appointed directly by the Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all risk management requirements on the largescale power and water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves risk identification risk allocation and mitigation as well as strategic planning and collaboration with various stakeholders to effectively manage and mitigate project risks. Development and implementation of a program wide lessons learned data base and communication to the wider project teams.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentifies potential risks to the program and develops strategies to mitigate them maintains overall risk register.Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients supervision consultants contractors vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance with project risk requirements.Oversee the development and implementation of project risk management plans processes and procedures.Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.Monitors project risk mitigation progress and team performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the project plans.Prepare and present regular project risk reports to senior management and the client detailing progress challenges and solutions etc.Guide and mentor project team members promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.Foster strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to maintain project support and mitigate any concerns.QualificationsBachelors degree.10 years of experience in projects specifically in large power and water distribution programmes.Proven experience in a similar role on programmes with a similar scope.Technical SkillsIndepth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management.Soft SkillsExceptional leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.A proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
