Revenue Management Specialist - UAEN

PurposeSupport in collection and analysis of data to help optimize revenue streams across the museums.ResponsibilityRevenue Monitoring & ControlMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue streams across all museum assets.Reconcile POS, CRM, ticketing systems, and operator reports with ERP postings.Review revenue share calculations and ensure timely issuance of the related invoices.Validate vendor-submitted P&Ls and sales reports.Revenue Recognition & AccountingEnsure proper revenue recognition in line with accounting standards and agreement terms.Distinguish between Trust Account and Revenue Account treatments.Monitor deferred revenue, advance payments, and sponsorship allocations.Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue.Contract & Commercial ReviewReview commercial agreements to ensure:Revenue share methodologyPayment termsSecurity depositsVAT treatmentSystem & ERP ManagementEnsure correct GL combinations and activity mapping.Validate revenue stream setup in ERP and related sub-systems.Support system migration and automation initiatives.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare revenue dashboards and performance reports.Analyze revenue trends against forecast.Identify revenue leakage risks and recommend corrective actions.Support pricing strategy discussions with Commercial and Strategy teams.QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent and preferably a master’s degree in finance/ MBA.Professional Accreditations: CA, ACCA or CPA is preferredExperienceUpto 3 years of experience in Finance.Skills RequiredLanguage: Full professional English and Arabic proficiency both in speaking and writingSkilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)High level of competency in relevant software applicationsAdministrative skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner#J-18808-Ljbffr
