The role is responsible for ensuring<b>accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and compliance</b>with contractual and regulatory requirements in an aviation environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Billing&Revenue Accounting</h3><ul><li>Prepare, review, and issue<b>customer invoices</b>related to aviation operations, including:<ul><li>Flight operations</li><li>Charter services</li><li>Handling, landing, navigation, parking, and overflight charges</li></ul></li><li>Ensure billing is in line with<b>contracts, tariffs, approvals, and regulatory requirements</b>.</li><li>Verify<b>quantities, flight details, sectors, aircraft type, MTOW, and operational data</b>used for billing.</li><li>Apply correct<b>currency, exchange rates, taxes, and surcharges</b>.</li><li>Perform<b>revenue recognition</b>, accruals, and deferrals in accordance with applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Reconcile<b>revenue, receivables, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue</b>accounts.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
