Return Receiving Officer

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Return Receiving Officer to join our warehouse team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing returned goods, ensuring all warehouse return operations run smoothly and accurately.If you have strong attention to detail and experience in warehouse environments, this opportunity is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect all returned items arriving at the warehouse.Verify quantities, item codes, and conditions against return documents.Sort returned products into categories (resalable, damaged, expired, defective, quarantine).Record all return transactions accurately in the warehouse system (WMS/ERP).Ensure proper labeling and storage of returned goods according to warehouse standards.Report discrepancies, shortages, or policy violations to the Warehouse Supervisor.Coordinate with Inventory Control for stock adjustments and cycle counts.Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and product-handling procedures (FIFO/FEFO).Support the disposal process for expired or damaged products based on company guidelinesRequirements1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in returns or receiving.Experience in Retail or FMCG warehouses is a strong plus.High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks (lifting, sorting, organizing).Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Basic knowledge of product quality checks and expiry handling.Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.Good communication and coordination skills with warehouse and store teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
