The role is responsible for managing store teams, optimizing product assortment, and ensuring effective execution of merchandising and commercial strategies.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Store Operations&Performance</h3><ul><li>Manage and oversee multiple retail stores within the assigned area</li><li>Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs across all locations</li><li>Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans</li></ul><h3>Team Management</h3><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers</li><li>Ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement across teams</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and on-ground follow-ups</li><li>Oversee product selection and assortment within stores</li><li>Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards</li><li>Adapt product mix based on customer demand and sales trends</li></ul><h3>Inventory&Stock Management</h3><ul><li>Monitor stock levels, availability, and stock turnover</li><li>Coordinate with supply chain to avoid shortages or overstock</li></ul><h3>Store Operations&Facilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with standards</li><li>Manage store facilities, maintenance, and operational issue</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>8–10 years of experience in Retail Management</li><li>Experience in electronics or stationery retail</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple stores (Area level)</li><li>Strong understanding of merchandising and product selection</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>KSA market knowledge is a strong advantage</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
