<div><h3>About The Job</h3><p>The Retail Learning Manager is responsible for designing, deploying, and delivering a structured learning and development strategy across assigned stores. The role supports business priorities by developing retail teams’ selling capabilities, leadership skills, and Client Experience excellence. Through consistent coaching, follow-up, and close partnership with Store Management, the Retail Learning Manager enables teams to perform at their highest level while fostering a strong feedback and development culture.</p><h3>Job responsibilities</h3><h3>Learning Strategy&Deployment</h3><ul><li>Translate and execute corporate learning strategies at store level in alignment with business priorities</li><li>Define and manage learning roll‑out plans to support performance, engagement, and growth</li><li>Build and manage store learning calendars in partnership with Store Management</li><li>Contribute to regional and EMEA learning initiatives and projects</li></ul><h3>Coaching&Talent Development</h3><ul><li>Lead a strong culture of in-store coaching across all retail roles, from Client Advisors to Managers</li><li>Support Retail Management in building tailored individual coaching and development plans</li><li>Maintain an active shop‑floor presence to observe, coach, and provide structured feed‑forward</li><li>Identify skill gaps and adapt training approaches accordingly</li><li>Identify and propose talents for internal learning programs, Academies, and EMEA workshops</li></ul><h3>Training Delivery&Facilitation</h3><ul><li>Design, facilitate, and deliver core trainings including onboarding, inductions, selling skills, product trainings, floor management workshops, and Academies</li><li>Leverage role‑play, on‑the‑floor coaching, and experiential learning to elevate the Client Experience</li><li>Partner closely with Merchandising, Clienteling, Retail Excellence, Supply Chain, and HR to deliver impactful learning experiences</li></ul><h3>Onboarding&Integration</h3><ul><li>Ensure a consistent pre‑onboarding and onboarding experience for all new joiners</li><li>Partner with HR and Managers to proactively plan onboarding journeys</li><li>Support Store and Team Managers in deploying onboarding programs across all retail roles</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Learning Governance</h3><ul><li>Monitor and assess the quality, impact, and effectiveness of in-store learning initiatives</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking of training activities through the LMS</li><li>Support Store Management in mastering LMS tools and learning follow‑up processes</li><li>Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to key stakeholders on training outcomes and priorities</li></ul><h3>Profile</h3><ul><li>Strong coaching mindset with the ability to influence and develop teams at all levels</li><li>Excellent facilitation and communication skills</li><li>Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner cross‑functionally</li><li>Structured, organized, and data‑driven approach to learning impact</li><li>Strong presence on the shop floor with a deep understanding of retail dynamics</li></ul><p>Reference LVM31860</p><p>Louis Vuitton</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
