Resident Engineer/ Senior.

OverviewAdminister contract in the capacity of Engineers Representative. Monitor project progress and document changes in scope. Coordinate with authorities and agencies for approvals and project handover. Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and deliverables. Review work to ensure compliance with codes standards and quality requirements. Review and recommend approval change orders notifying relevant personnel of changes. Manage client expectations and provide periodic progress updates.
