News and information are available at or follow us on LinkedIn.Learn more about our career opportunities at:ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the daytoday construction activities for underground interchange stations ensuring that all work is completed according to design specifications safety standards and project timelines.Coordinate and collaborate with contractors subcontractors and design teams to ensure efficient of the project and resolve any technical issues that may arise.Ensure compliance with local regulations international standards and safety requirements throughout the construction of the underground interchange stations.Supervise all aspects of underground station construction including structural works MEP systems (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) tunneling and other critical components.Monitor the overall progress of construction and ensure that any delays disruptions or issues are addressed and mitigated in a timely manner.Review and approve construction method statements work plans and technical submittals related to the underground interchange stations.Perform regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify that construction works are being carried out as per the contract documents and quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact for any site-related technical queries and provide expert guidance and solutions to the team.Maintain detailed records of site activities including progress reports site diaries incident reports and meeting minutes for submission to senior management.Ensure that all work complies with environmental health safety and welfare standards and promote a safetyfirst culture onsite.Liaise with the project management team to align construction activities with the overall project schedule and milestones.Coordinate the preparation and implementation of risk management plans ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated throughout the project.Lead and supervise the resolution of technical and engineering issues that may impact the progress of the underground interchange station construction.Ensure proper document control and manage the submission of asbuilt drawings inspection reports and other projectrelated documentation.Review contractor progress claims variations and payments ensuring accuracy and compliance with the contract.Facilitate the commissioning and handover process for the underground interchange stations ensuring all systems and components are fully operational.Qualifications and SkillsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related field.7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the construction of underground interchange stations with experience in metro or largescale infrastructure projects.Must have worked on Iconic Interchange Stations.Indepth knowledge of underground station construction including complex tunneling structural works MEP systems and station integration.Strong understanding of local regulations safety standards and quality control measures in the UAE.Demonstrated experience in managing largescale construction projects coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving technical challenges.Proficiency in project management software construction scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors consultants and stakeholders.Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a plus.Valid UAE drivers license (preferred).Preferred ExperienceExperience in the construction of underground interchange stations including multilevel structures and complex mechanical and electrical systems.Familiarity with metro systems and the unique challenges associated with constructing underground transportation infrastructure.Previous experience in managing highvolume highcomplexity projects in urban environments.Why choose AtkinsRalisTaxfree salary.Life insurance coverage.Comprehe
