This mid-level role focuses on creating comprehensive and compelling proposals in the fields of data management and technology. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in RFP writing, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to gather and analyze technical requirements. This position requires a blend of writing expertise, technical understanding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and edit RFPs for data management and technology projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document technical and functional requirements.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that proposals address client challenges and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including timelines, content development, reviews, and submission.Conduct research on client industries and projects to tailor proposals effectively.Ensure compliance with RFP guidelines, client specifications, and internal quality standards.Support the business development team in proposal presentations and responses to client queries.Qualifications and RequirementsTechnical Skills:3-4 years of proven experience in RFP writing, specifically in data management or technology sectors.Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and compelling proposals.Experience with requirements gathering and documentation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to synthesize complex information and present it in an organized and persuasive manner.Comfort with presenting ideas and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.General Skills:Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project requirements.Additional InformationRole Type: Full-TimeLocation: On-siteIf you have a passion for crafting winning proposals and possess a strong technical acumen, wed love to hear from you!
