to drive the pipeline for ChainGPT Launchpad and Saleium.<br>This role is focused on identifying and engaging high-potential Web3 projects that need token launch, fundraising, distribution, and go-to-market infrastructure.<br>You’ll be the first point of contact for founders, token teams, ecosystems, protocols, and strategic partners — opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and handing strong leads to the Business Development team.<br>You should understand how token launches work, where promising projects emerge, and how to turn targeted outbound into real business opportunities.<br>What You’ll Be Selling: ChainGPT Launchpad — ChainGPT’s launchpad and token distribution platform, built for token sales, campaigns, and community participation.<br>Saleium — ChainGPT’s self-hosted public sale engine, enabling projects to run white-label token sales directly on their own domain with on-chain sale infrastructure underneath.<br>What You’ll DoLead Generation&Prospecting Own outbound lead generation for Launchpad and Saleium.<br>Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects.<br>Build and manage prospect lists across verticals such as token launches, launch-ready projects, ecosystems, infrastructure, DeFi, AI x crypto, and strategic partners.<br>Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, etc.<br>Use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.<br>com, and AI-assisted prospecting tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach.<br>Qualification&Pipeline Development Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, launch stage, fundraising plans, and partnership potential.<br>Qualify whether a project is a better fit for ChainGPT Launchpad or Saleium.<br>Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the prospecting funnel.<br>Create Telegram groups and coordinate early-stage sales conversations to support education, alignment, and deal progression.<br>Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team with strong context and clear next steps.<br>CRM, Reporting&Process Keep CRM fully updated with activity, notes, lead status, next steps, and pipeline movement.<br>Track outreach effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and source performance.<br>Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline progress, outreach results, market signals, and growth opportunities.<br>Help improve qualification criteria, outreach workflows, and SDR processes over time.<br>Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign priorities.<br>Collaborate on ICP refinement, lead scoring, outbound messaging, and account-based initiatives.<br>Ensure smooth, high-quality handoff of qualified opportunities into the commercial pipeline.<br>Market Research Stay current on trends across Web3, token launches, fundraising infrastructure, launchpads, AI x crypto, and sales automation.<br>Track market activity, new projects, competitor movements, and ecosystem developments.<br>Surface strategic insights that help improve targeting, messaging, and outreach quality.<br>What We Offer Work alongside the ChainGPT core team on
