The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of expertise in SAP B1 in end-to-end implementation and has delivered 5+ full-cycle implementations independently</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas) :</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Implementation&Configuration</strong><br>· End-to-end SAP Business One implementations, including business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.<br>· Configure and customize SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM based on business needs.<br>· Develop and maintain workflow solutions and approval procedures within SAP B1.</li><li><strong>Business Process Analysis&Optimization</strong><br>· Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices for improving efficiency using SAP B1<br>· Assist in re-engineering business processes and improving workflows.<br>· Identify automation opportunities and minimize manual interventions.</li><li><strong>Technical&Functional Support</strong><br>· Provide post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues related to SAP B1.<br>· Work closely with IT teams for system enhancements, integration with third-party tools, and add-on<br>development.<br>· Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.</li><li><strong>Reporting&Data Management</strong><br>· Develop custom reports using SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA.<br>· Ensure accurate data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementation phases.<br>· Maintain data integrity and security within SAP B1.</li><li><strong>Training&Documentation</strong><br>· Conduct user training sessions and create documentation on SAP B1 functionalities.<br>· Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and best practices guides.<br>· Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP B1.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder&Vendor Management</strong><br>· Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT departments to align SAP B1 with business goals.<br>· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations.<br></li></ol><div><p><strong>Preferred Skills&Qualifications</strong>:</p><p>· 3+ years of experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.<br>· Expertise in SAP B1 core modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, MRP etc.).<br>· Hands-on experience with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA.Knowledge of B1 Usability Package (B1UP), or other third-party tools is a plus.<br>· Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.<br>· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br>· SAP Business One certification is an added advantage</p></div></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
