If you care about the future of learning, you'll feel right at home.</p><h3>THE ROLE</h3><p>As the Curriculum Expert, you will own how inquiry-based learning comes to life inside Quevo. You translate pedagogy into simple, powerful flows, templates and content that teachers and students want to adapt.</p><p>You work closely with product, design and schools to shape what great learning looks like on our platform.</p><h3>WHAT YOU WILL DO</h3><ul><li>Help shape and validate Quevo's pedagogical knowledge model, ensuring the way Quevo reasons about curriculum reflects how expert educators think, not just how frameworks describe it</li><li>Design clear, practical curriculum frameworks and templates for inquiry based learning</li><li>Turn learning goals and standards into engaging units, projects and lessons that fit real classrooms</li><li>Co-create learning journeys with pilot schools and teachers, and improve them based on feedback</li><li>Work with product and design to make sure Quevo feels intuitive for teachers (flows, wording and examples)</li><li>Create and maintain a content library of projects, prompts, rubrics and reflection tools</li><li>Collect teacher and student feedback and use data to iterate and improve the experience</li></ul><h3>KEY DELIVERABLES</h3><ul><li>British PCM framework; draft a fully structured pedagogical curriculum mapping document aligned to UK primary inquiry standards</li><li>American PCM framework; draft a fully structured pedagogical curriculum mapping document aligned to US standards and inquiry-based learning approaches</li><li>Wireframe validation sessions with teachers or school leads, with documented feedback and recommended product improvements</li><li>Pilot school onboarding support; guiding pilot schools through their first use of Quevo, including setup, initial training and structured feedback collection</li></ul><h3>WHAT YOU BRING</h3><ul><li>Strong background in curriculum and learning design. You have previously worked as Teacher, Pedagogical Lead, or similar with minimum 5 years proven experience</li><li>Minimum 5 years of teaching experience within the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), with deep working knowledge of the framework, unit planners and the learner profile</li><li>Cross-framework literacy: you have worked with or across multiple curriculum frameworks (e.g. IB PYP, UK National Curriculum, Common Core or similar) and can identify structural patterns and gaps between them</li><li>Deep understanding of inquiry based learning and how it works in practice</li><li>Talent for turning complex pedagogy into simple, actionable tools for busy teachers</li><li>Comfortable working in a small, fast moving team with changing priorities</li><li>Clear, concise communication in English; bonus if you have worked with international schools</li></ul><h3>WHY JOIN QUEVO</h3><ul><li>At Quevo, you’ll join a strongly connected, international team where real passion and commitment are matched with strong opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
