Remote Community Lead - Flare Network

<p>Looking for someone passionate about blockchain, a fan of Flare who loves building communities. As our community lead, you will support existing and prospective FLR holders as well as the current and future developers building on the chain. You’ll be working alongside a dynamic and experienced ecosystem team, bringing your community understanding to help position Flare as the blockchain for data that’s open to everyone.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Evangelism: Leverage existing FLR community following to passionately promote and champion the Flare ecosystem.</li><li>Community Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand Flare’s community following, helping tap into new audiences while broadening engagement with our existing FLR holders.</li><li>Public Speaking: Represent Flare at conferences, articulately advocating for our ecosystem and products with a specific focus on a customer audience.</li><li>Event Organization: Plan and execute community-centric events at established conferences to further promote Flare and engage with potential enthusiasts.</li><li>Retail Ambassador Program Management: Oversee the retail ambassador program, ensuring our regional ambassadors are well-equipped, guided, and motivated to champion Flare.</li></ul><h3>Role Requirements:</h3><ul><li>A significant existing community following with proven ability to engage and grow such communities.</li><li>Strong public speaking skills, with experience in representing brands and ecosystems at major events and conferences.</li><li>Experience in community management and event organization.</li><li>An understanding of the Flare ecosystem, products, and the broader blockchain landscape.</li><li>Proven track record in managing ambassador programs or similar community-focused initiatives.</li><li>A keen eye for market sentiment and trends, with the ability to quickly adapt strategies to capitalize on opportunities.</li></ul><h3>Desirable Qualities:</h3><ul><li>A genuine passion for the Flare ecosystem and belief in its potential.</li><li>A creative and innovative mindset, looking for new ways to engage the community and expand our reach.</li><li>Strong networking skills, especially within blockchain communities.</li><li>An understanding of regulatory landscapes and their impact on community sentiments.</li></ul><h3>Job Location</h3><ul><li>Remote.</li><li>Quarterly team meets in various locations.</li></ul><h3>Salary</h3><ul><li>Competitive, depending on qualifications and experience.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
