We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities includeRelationship Management and Customer Support - Develop and manage customers in order to meet their needs and achieve the objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards. Identify and act on new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross‑sell, upsell and retention to contribute to the improvement of market and customer share of wallet with the Bank.Audit and Compliance - Perform adequate care and due diligence in day‑to‑day conduct in order to protect the Bank from financial and non‑financial loss.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that the work is carried out to the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.Self‑Management - Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and maximise own contribution to business performance.Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.The ideal candidate should have the following experienceAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution.Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.Knowledge of global financial markets and trends.At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring and disciplined work environment that aligns with your career ambitions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
