<h3>Relationship Manager-Priority Banking (Outsource)</h3><p>United Arab Emirates</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Role: Portfolio Relationship Manager – Priority Banking Division: Retail Banking</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Client/Business Acquisition:</strong>Generate new business through marketing activities, gold center contacts, and existing networks.</li><li><strong>Channels Cooperation:</strong>Collaborate with various channels to enhance service delivery.</li><li><strong>Management of Service Delivery:</strong>Ensure high-quality service to clients.</li><li><strong>Control and Risk Mitigation:</strong>Evaluate client risk profiles and ensure compliance with policies.</li><li>Increase team revenue and productivity via cross-selling and up-selling remotely.</li><li>Acquire new-to-bank customers.</li><li>Identify potential expansion locations.</li><li>Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.</li><li>Build strong trust relationships with key customers.</li><li>Maintain a loyal customer base and referral network.</li><li>Promote financial products remotely.</li><li>Collect required information and data for client evaluation.</li><li>Assess clients’ ability and appetite to handle risks.</li><li>Refer clients to other channels based on their needs.</li><li>Implement Priority Banking services smoothly across branches.</li><li>Retain customers through complaint resolution, account closures, and inquiries remotely.</li><li>Gather ad-hoc customer feedback remotely.</li><li>Review credit applications.</li><li>Adhere to processes and procedures.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Identify error trends and recommend process improvements.</li></ul><p>Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:</p><ul><li>University degree or recognized professional certificate.</li><li>Minimum three years' experience in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products&services.</li><li>Experience in sales, product development, or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/retail HNIs.</li><li>Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit&Operational Policies&Procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.</li><li>UAE Financial Rules&Regulations Certification.</li><li>International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3).</li><li>Good knowledge of competitors in the local market.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
