Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Real Estate Relationship Manager with hands-on experience working with UAE real estate developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing developer relationships, handling client portfolios, and driving property sales while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the transaction cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with UAE real estate developersAct as the primary point of contact between developers and clientsPromote developer projects to investors and end-usersManage client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and follow-upsCoordinate with internal sales, marketing, and documentation teamsEnsure smooth booking, payment tracking, and handover processesStay updated on market trends, developer launches, and pricingAchieve individual and team sales targetsMinimum 6 months of experience with UAE real estate developers (mandatory)Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and developer projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsProven ability to close deals and manage multiple clientsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitudeFluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)Immediate joiners preferredCompetitive salary + attractive commission structureOpportunity to work with leading UAE developersCareer growth and performance-based incentivesSupportive and fast-paced work environmentOngoing training and market exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
