As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and support to patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the Medical Surgical unitCollaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitoring patient progress and responding to changes in conditionProviding education and support to patients and their familiesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsAdhering to all healthcare policies, procedures, and protocolsMaintaining a safe and clean working environmentParticipating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in EASTERN EUROPE.Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country.Must be eligible to be licensed as a RN in Saudi Arabia.Minimum of 2 yrs experience post Bachelor's degree.Requirement:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in medical technology and equipmentFluency in English, both written and verbalWillingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as neededCompensation:A competitive salary and benefits package including housing, transportationAir Ticket: Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year.Medical insurance: Health Insurance provided to the employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
