LANXESS EMEA is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of products (including, for example, organometallics, acids, aromatic intermediates, and polyols, across various markets such as polymers (especially polyolefins) and resins, crop science, pharma, and fuel additives throughout Middle East Region.Your mission will be to develop deep market and application knowledge and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. If you're excited about driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Location: Remote setup, United Arab Emirates.Geographical Scope: Middle East Region.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth by leveraging strong knowledge of the Advanced Industrial Intermediates (AII) product portfolio to identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities across multiple industries.Manage and expand the customer base by maintaining regular customer visits and building strong, multi‑level relationships with key stakeholders.Lead New Business Development activities, including identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new opportunities in close collaboration with Global Marketing.Conduct price and volume negotiations with customers in alignment with Global Marketing to support business objectives.Contribute to profitable and sustainable growth for BU AII and LANXESS through strategic customer and market management.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, translating insights into actionable business potential.Strengthen LANXESS’ competitive position by developing and maintaining close relationships within existing and potential markets.Achieve sales targets for assigned regions and customers, and support annual budget planning as well as monthly rolling forecasts.About You!We are seeking an experienced Sales Expert who excels in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working with individuals across various levels of hierarchy. You should be an excellent communicator with a keen interest in learning about the applications and chemistry relevant to this role. Willingness to travel and teamwork are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. Previous experience in related markets is crucial, as it is important to understand the nuances and interconnected nature of our chemical industry.Knowledge and Experience:Education: Degree in Chemical, Technical, Engineering, or Business Administration (optional)Experience: 5-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience within the chemicals industry is requiredLanguages: Fluent in English and ArabicInterpersonal Skills: Ability to gain respect and credibility with customersCommunication: Excellent communication and presentation skillsMindset: Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to overcome complexityTeam Player: Collaborative and team-orientedIT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsFor us, talent matters, we welcome everyone who commits to our values.
