Job Description

A global multinational FMCG business is hiring a senior Foodservice sales leader as part of a Saudization initiative. This is a confidential search for a high-impact commercial operator to drive Foodservice growth across the Western Region, managing route-to-market execution and key customer relationships.Saudization requirementThis role is part of a Saudization project and is open to Saudi Nationals only.What you’ll be doingOwn and deliver Foodservice sales targets (volume, value, gross margin) across the West regionCo-create and execute regional sales strategy with the Regional Sales Director/Business Development leadershipExecute route-to-market strategy via distributors and/or direct sales modelManage and grow key Foodservice customers: hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, chains, institutionsLead negotiations: pricing, contracts, rebates, promotions, and customer business plansDrive distribution, availability, and menu penetration of core/priority SKUs and new launchesManage credit, collections, and trade spend within approved limits and governanceMaintain strong market cadence: visits, customer meetings, competitor tracking, new business onboardingTrack KPIs, analyze performance vs targets, and provide forecasts/pipeline visibilityPartner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to align demand planning and executionPeople leadershipLead, coach, and develop regional Foodservice sales team members (Sales Supervisors / Sales Executives)Set objectives and KPIs; drive execution rhythm (daily/weekly/monthly)Conduct performance reviews, field coaching, and capability buildingWhat we’re looking for5–8 years sales experience in Foodservice and/or FMCGStrong understanding of Foodservice channel dynamics and distributor managementProven negotiation and key account management capabilityPeople leadership experience (or strong readiness to step into a leadership remit)Bachelor’s degree (business or relevant field)Strong English; Arabic mandatoryWillingness to travel extensively across the Western Region#J-18808-Ljbffr
