Regional Director - Material Sales (Non-Executive)Company: Boeing International Corporation United Arab EmiratesBoeing Global Services is seeking a Regional Director Material Sales (Non-executive) to lead our Material Sales team to be based out of Dubai UAE.Position ResponsibilitiesManage, develop, motivate and coach a team of professional salespersons in planning and executing sales campaigns and activities to sell the company’s offerings.Focus on and meet team sales targets and Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) through new business development, growing existing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction with company products and services.Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with commercial aerospace customers, suppliers, peers, direct reports and other stakeholders.Understand customers’ requirements to ensure customized aircraft parts solutions for their aircraft maintenance operations. Track progress of the solution and maintain company and customer situational awareness. Places priority on understanding customer needs and takes ownership on finding solutions effectively using empathy, patience and collaboration skills. Influence the customer and shapes requirements uses appropriate techniques in order to gain agreement and commitment to drive results.Collaborate with various Boeing business units to utilize the most efficient and effective sales strategies.Develop and execute integrated organizational plans and acquire resources to achieve organizational objectives.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)5 years sales experience in the aviation industry.Demonstrable leadership experience.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)In-depth industry knowledge of aerospace material planning, sourcing, purchasing, and procurement processes.Familiarity with the aerospace industry supply chain, suppliers and their products.Bachelor's degree or other equivalent professional qualification.Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.This requisition is for an international locally hired position in Dubai UAE.
