You’ll be supported by a proven enterprise‑grade platform, world‑class engineering and technical support, marquee customers, strong local partners, and a mission with genuine global significance, creating the conditions to do the best work of your career.</p><h3>Who you'll work closely with</h3><p>Founder&CEO of OutThink</p><p>Vice President, Sales&Strategic Alliances</p><p>VP Customer Success</p><p>VP Finance, Growth&Operations</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li><b>Build and scale OutThink’s revenue across The Middle East.</b>You will act as the regional GM, owning commercial performance, setting direction, and scaling our footprint across the Middle East as the very first hire in the region.</li><li><b>Own the full sales cycle from pipeline build to close.</b>You will generate and qualify pipeline, lead discovery, deliver compelling demos, articulate value, manage complex enterprise stakeholders, and close new ARR - all with strong forecasting and CRM discipline. This will include leading large and complex sales cycles with regional partners and supporting RFP and tender processes.</li><li><b>Deliver exceptional customer success outcomes across the region.</b>You will serve as the primary post‑sales contact for enterprise customers in The Middle East, leading onboarding, adoption, value realization and long‑term success planning. Your experience managing renewals and expansions with enterprise accounts will enable you to proactively identify growth opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on human risk management strategy, platform deployment, and best practices - ensuring every customer achieves positive ROI.</li><li><b>Build, enable, and accelerate a high‑performing partner ecosystem.</b>You will build deep relationships with VARs and MSSPs across The Middle East. You’ll deliver partner training, enablement, joint discovery, and co‑selling motions to create a predictable, scalable channel‑supported growth engine, and identify, engage, activate, and enable new partners aligned with regional priorities.</li><li><b>Lead OutThink’s regional presence.</b>As the face of OutThink in The Middle East, you’ll represent us at cybersecurity events, CISO roundtables, conferences, and industry forums - building credibility, relationships, and brand visibility. You’ll deepen OutThink’s network across enterprise security leaders, ecosystem partners, and industry groups, positioning the platform as the leading HRM solution in the region.</li><li><b>Adapt, innovate, and build from the ground up.</b>As a scale‑up expanding into a high‑growth region, we’ll rely on your entrepreneurial instinct and extreme ownership mindset.
