Drive proactive sourcing tight stakeholder partnerships and seamless candidate journeys to deliver quality hires at pace.</p><h3>What youll do</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across job boards LinkedIn niche communities social media and referral networks to build strong talent pipelines.</li><li>Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers consult on hiring plans role design market intelligence and competitive salary positioning.</li><li>Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications clear expectations and strong employer-brand representation.</li><li>Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines report metrics (time-to-fill source quality conversion rates) and continuously improve processes.</li><li>Lead creative outreach campaigns (email sequences social content events) and experiment with new channels to lower cost-per-hire and speed time-to-fill.</li></ul><h3>What were looking for</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.</li><li>3 years proven recruitment experience agency background strongly preferred.</li><li>Deep experience with ATS platforms candidate sourcing tools and common HR systems.</li><li>Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.</li><li>Outstanding candidate assessment skills: role-fit cultural fit and potential for growth.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.</li></ul><h3>Entrepreneurial skills that set you apart</h3><ul><li>Growth mindset: you test measure and iterate recruitment tactics; you treat processes as experiments with measurable outcomes.</li><li>Commercial awareness: you understand client business drivers can translate hiring into revenue impact and propose prioritized hiring plans that maximize ROI.</li><li>Creative problem-solving: you design unconventional sourcing plays (events niche communities partnerships) to attract scarce talent.</li><li>Ownership&bias for action: you run projects end-to-end take initiative without needing step-by-step direction and drive results autonomously.</li><li>Data-driven: you use recruitment metrics to make decisions forecast needs and recommend efficiency improvements.</li><li>Business development instincts: comfortable identifying upsell opportunities contributing to client proposals and helping win new business.</li><li>Resilience&adaptability: you navigate ambiguity pivot quickly when priorities change and keep stakeholders aligned.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
