About the RoleA luxury automotive showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road is seeking a polished and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Specialist to welcome guests, provide initial product insights and support the sales team. This role blends hospitality and sales preparation, ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional first impression before being handed over to a Sales Executive for the full consultation.Candidates with strong customer-facing experience, especially from luxury retail, beauty, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle brands, are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Reception & ExperienceGreet and welcome all showroom visitors ensuring a premium and engaging experience.Manage the reception area customer check-ins and visitor flow.Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive.Deliver a warm, attentive and service-oriented environment aligned with luxury standards.Product Knowledge & Initial EngagementProvide walk-in customers with introductory information about the showroom's vehicles, features and technology.Assist customers with initial product walk-throughs and feature explanations.Capture customer interests and prepare detailed handover notes for Sales Executives.Showroom Operations SupportMaintain the showroom's presentation and ensure alignment with luxury brand expectations.Support daily operations, events, product displays and customer experience activities.Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams for seamless execution.Administrative & Coordination DutiesManage incoming calls, inquiries, appointment scheduling and general communication.Update customer records using CRM systems accurately and promptly.Prepare basic visitor reports and summaries to support showroom management.RequirementsQualifications & Experience13 years of customer service, retail front‑desk or sales support experience.Background in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality or automotive sectors is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional presence.Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.Proactive, organized and comfortable multitasking in a busy showroom environment.Familiar with CRM systems and digital customer engagement tools.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Key AttributesWarm, engaging and naturally customer‑oriented.Highly presentable with strong attention to detail.Quick learner with enthusiasm for luxury products and technology.Calm and professional under pressure.Team player with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.BenefitsWhats OfferedCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work in a premium fast‑growing sector.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Dynam I customer‑focused work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
