<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The Receptionist&Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors while supporting sales activities related to memberships and renewals. This role ensures a professional, welcoming front desk experience and contributes to achieving the center’s enrollment and retention goals.</p><h3>Position Type</h3><p>Full-time position (5 days per week). Fixed day off: Friday. Second day off: One weekday (as assigned). Working hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Summer flexibility: Working hours may vary based on seasonal demand.</p><h3>Reports To</h3><p>Office Manager</p><h3>Front Desk Duties</h3><ul><li>Greet and welcome all visitors, parents, and members with a friendly and professional attitude.</li><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.</li><li>Direct calls and messages to the appropriate staff or department.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.</li><li>Manage class schedules, attendance updates, and appointment confirmations.</li><li>Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing basic reports.</li><li>Coordinate with instructors and operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul><h3>Sales&Customer Service</h3><ul><li>Promote and sell memberships, packages, and renewals to new and existing clients.</li><li>Provide information about available programs, pricing, promotions, and class schedules.</li><li>Follow up with potential leads and assist walk-in customers to convert inquiries into enrollments.</li><li>Track and record customer payments, receipts, and sales transactions accurately.</li><li>Maintain updated customer records in the system.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and in-center promotions to drive sales and customer retention.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and elevate concerns to the Center Manager when necessary.</li></ul><h3>Administrative&Coordination Support</h3><ul><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain inventory of front desk materials, forms, and promotional brochures.</li><li>Assist with preparing simple weekly reports on enrollments, renewals, and inquiries.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).</li><li>1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, and sales.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using computer systems.</li><li>Professional appearance and behavior appropriate for a client-facing position.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Annual salary increase based on performance.</li><li>Biannual performance bonus (twice per year).</li><li>Performance-based incentives and sales commissions.</li><li>Supportive, family-oriented, and team-driven work environment.</li><li>Training and development opportunities.</li><li>Potential for career growth within the organization.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
