Real Estate Team leader listing

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team LeaderListings to lead and manage the listings team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving listing growth, managing team performance, ensuring high-quality property listings and supporting sales teams to achieve targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the listings team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Develop and execute listing strategies to increase property inventory.Acquire new listings and maintain strong relationships with property owners.Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date and professionally presented.Oversee listings across platforms such as Property Finder Bayut and Dubizzle.Monitor team performance, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize property exposure.Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies.RequirementsMinimum 35 years of experience in real estate listings or sales.Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work with CRM systems and property portals.Results-driven with strong organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
