The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and closing deals efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leasing inquiries for residential and commercial propertiesConduct property viewings and client meetingsAdvise landlords and tenants on market trends, pricing, and availabilityNegotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company targetsCoordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal departmentsMaintain accurate records on CRM and follow up on leadsEnsure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policiesRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in Abu DhabiStrong knowledge of Abu Dhabi leasing market and communitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid UAE driving license (preferred)RERA certification is an advantage (if applicable)#J-18808-Ljbffr
