Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our client is a leading investment management firm with a multi-billion dollar AUM across multiple strategies, including a growing real estate platform.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed financial analysis and market research on real estate investments.Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations.Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and risk assessments.Monitor and analyse real estate market trends and economic data.Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial models and analyses.Develop and refine financial models for real estate portfolios.Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.QualificationsEducation: CFA (preferred), Master's in Finance or related field; Bachelor's in Engineering is a plus.Experience: 1-2 years in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
